Jules World Travel (“I,” “me” or “my”) is operated by Julie Cairns, an independent travel advisor with Found Luxury Travel and an independent affiliate of Embark Beyond Collective. This policy explains what information I collect through julesworldtravel.com, how I use it and the choices you have.
Information I collect
- Trip inquiries: your name, email, phone number and the trip details you choose to share, such as destinations, dates, travelers, budget, occasions and preferences.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your first name, last name and email address.
- Website usage: general, non-identifying information such as pages visited, device type and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and Google Analytics.
How I use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and plan, book and support your travel.
- To share your details with the hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and other travel partners needed to arrange your trip, only as required for your booking.
- To send my monthly newsletter, if you subscribe.
- To understand how visitors use the site so I can improve it.
I never sell or rent your personal information.
Services I use
Your information is handled by trusted providers that help run this site: Netlify (website hosting and inquiry forms), Mailchimp (newsletter), Google (Analytics and appointment scheduling) and my host agency, Embark Beyond Collective, for bookings. Each has its own privacy policy.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
- You can ask me to access, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing me.
- You can limit cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out tool.
Keeping your information safe
I take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to serve you, meet booking requirements or comply with the law.

This site links to other websites, such as Instagram, Virtuoso and booking partners. I’m not responsible for their privacy practices.
